All of Franchisee's employees who have managerial duties with respect to the Pearce Bespoke Franchise and who have access to Confidential Information of Franchisor, as well as all corporate officers, directors, and shareholders if Franchisee is a corporation (all partners if Franchisee is a partnership), must sign Confidentiality/Non-Competition Agreements in a form satisfactory to Franchisor, agreeing to maintain the confidentiality, during the course of their agreement and thereafter, of all information Franchisor copyrights or designates as confidential and proprietary. Copies of the executed agreements will be provided to Franchisor upon request.

According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, all of a franchisee's employees with managerial duties and access to the franchisor's confidential information, as well as corporate officers, directors, and shareholders (or all partners, if the franchisee is a partnership), must sign a Confidentiality/Non-Competition Agreement. These agreements require individuals to maintain the confidentiality of Pearce Bespoke's copyrighted or designated confidential and proprietary information during the term of their agreement and even after it ends.
This means that the obligation to keep Pearce Bespoke's information confidential extends beyond the period of employment or association with the franchise. Pearce Bespoke franchisees are responsible for enforcing these agreements and must take action against any breaches. The franchisor also retains the right to enforce these agreements independently. Franchisees are also obligated to protect Pearce Bespoke from any liability or losses resulting from a failure to obtain these agreements from the required personnel.
