What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the audit of a Pearce Bespoke franchise for renewal purposes is conducted at the franchisor's discretion. The audit will be conducted by Pearce Bespoke or its designee. This audit can include both a financial and an operational review to ensure compliance with the brand's current standards.
If the audit reveals any deficiencies, the franchisee is responsible for satisfying them before the current term expires. Furthermore, the franchisee must cover all costs associated with the audit. These costs include audit fees, transportation, lodging, meals, and any other expenses incurred by Pearce Bespoke or its designee during the audit process.
This means that as a Pearce Bespoke franchisee, you may be required to undergo an audit at the time of renewal, and you will be responsible for the costs of this audit as well as correcting any issues that the audit reveals. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors need to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards across all locations.
