Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Uniforms.

This estimate includes the costs associated with purchasing five suits from us (at cost) for each operator/clothier.

The low estimate assumes you will be the sole operator/clothier of your Franchise.

The high estimate is based upon you hiring two clothiers and purchasing five suits for each.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the low estimate for uniforms is based on the franchisee being the sole operator/clothier. The estimated initial investment table shows that the low estimate for uniforms is $500, while the high estimate is $3,750. Pearce Bespoke estimates these costs include purchasing five suits from them at cost for each operator/clothier.

If a franchisee intends to be the sole operator of their Pearce Bespoke franchise, their initial investment in uniforms would be lower. However, if the franchisee plans to hire two clothiers, the cost will increase as they will be required to purchase five suits for each clothier.

Prospective franchisees should consider their business plans and staffing needs when estimating their initial investment. If they plan to operate the franchise themselves initially, they can expect to pay the lower estimate for uniforms. However, if they plan to hire staff from the outset, they should budget for the higher estimate.
