Pearce Bespoke You must purchase and use all computer software programs ("Software"), which we have developed or

may develop and/or designate for use for the Business System through Approved Suppliers and you must also purchase such computer hardware as may be necessary for the efficient operation of the Software. We have the right to require you to update or upgrade computer hardware components and/or Software as we deem necessary from time to time. In addition, we have the right to require you to enter into a separate maintenance agreement for such computer hardware and/or Software. Although you must buy, use, and maintain computer hardware and Software meeting our standards and specifications, you will have the sole and complete responsibility for: (i) the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of the computer hardware and Software; and (ii) all consequences that may arise if the computer hardware and Software is not properly operated, maintained, or upgraded.
You must purchase and maintain at least (a) one iPad, (b) one cell phone, and (c) one all-in-one printer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase and use all computer software programs ('Software') that Pearce Bespoke has developed, may develop, or designates for use for the Business System. These software programs must be acquired through Approved Suppliers. Franchisees are also required to purchase computer hardware necessary for the efficient operation of the software.
Pearce Bespoke has the right to require franchisees to update or upgrade their computer hardware and/or software as deemed necessary. They can also require franchisees to enter into a separate maintenance agreement for the hardware and/or software. While franchisees are responsible for buying, using, and maintaining the computer hardware and software according to Pearce Bespoke's standards, they are solely responsible for the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of these items, as well as any consequences arising from improper operation, maintenance, or upgrades.
Pearce Bespoke uses cloud-based software for the POS System, email marketing, and all customer management functions. These systems may generate data for your Franchise such as sales data, customer information, employee and labor information, inventory, and financial reports. The franchisee's computer system must be PCI and PII compliant, and all data obtained must be secure. Franchisees are required to participate in any area computer network, intranet system, or extranet system that Pearce Bespoke implements.
