Does Pearce Bespoke charge for pre-opening assistance provided to the franchisee?

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Pearce Bespoke does not charge franchisees for pre-opening assistance. Specifically, Pearce Bespoke will provide pre-opening assistance at no charge before the franchisee's Pearce Bespoke Franchise opens. Pearce Bespoke will also provide assistance around the time of the grand opening.

This is a benefit to the franchisee, as many franchisors charge for this type of assistance. Pre-opening assistance can include help with site selection, lease negotiation, training, and marketing. By providing this assistance at no charge, Pearce Bespoke is helping franchisees get their businesses off to a strong start without incurring additional costs.

However, franchisees should note that they are responsible for other costs associated with opening their Pearce Bespoke Franchise, such as travel costs, room and board, and the salaries of employees attending the training program. Additionally, if a franchisee requests that Pearce Bespoke provide training at the franchisee's location, the franchisee will be responsible for reimbursing Pearce Bespoke for the transportation, lodging, and other costs related to the training, up to $5,000.
