Pearce Bespoke uses these fees for various marketing and advertising expenses, such as television, radio, magazine, and newspaper advertising campaigns, as well as maintaining their website and social media. Pearce Bespoke is not obligated to spend the Brand Fund fees in the franchisee's specific area or territory, but any unspent fees will be carried over for future use.
