The Business System's standards and specifications are based upon our experience with various vendors, contractors, and suppliers in the custom clothing and franchising industries and we will provide you with a list of our approved suppliers ("Approved Suppliers"). Pearce Bespoke retains the sole and absolute discretion to make the final determination on all Approved Suppliers, however, we will consider supplier approval requests from franchisees upon written request. We will approve or disapprove a supplier within 30 days after we receive written notice from you. All suppliers you use must be approved by us before you can use them and may be subject to our training and reporting requirements.

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Business System's standards and specifications are based on the company's experience within the custom clothing and franchising industries. These standards apply to various aspects of the franchise, including goods, services, supplies, equipment, inventory, real estate fixtures, computer hardware and software, search engine optimization, client survey services, marketing materials, advertising, sales collateral, signs, letterheads, business cards, promotional materials, credit card processing, insurance providers, and vehicle and clothing manufacturers and distributors.
Pearce Bespoke negotiates programs with manufacturers and suppliers to allow franchisees to benefit from volume purchasing and prepaid freight programs. While third-party vendors may directly charge franchisees for products or services, Pearce Bespoke retains the sole discretion to make the final determination on all approved suppliers. However, Pearce Bespoke will consider supplier approval requests from franchisees upon written request and will approve or disapprove a supplier within 30 days after receiving written notice.
Franchisees must operate their franchise in accordance with Pearce Bespoke's Business System, and all suppliers used must be approved by Pearce Bespoke and may be subject to training and reporting requirements. This ensures uniformity and quality throughout the Pearce Bespoke Business System, as franchisees must adhere to the standards and specifications outlined in the manuals.
