What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor does not provide any assurance, representation, warranty, or guarantee that the franchise will be profitable or successful. The FDD emphasizes that the franchisee acknowledges they have conducted their own due diligence regarding potential customers and other factors relevant to the business's operation in the agreed-upon territory. The franchisor's agreement to the territory is simply permission to operate there.

This means that prospective Pearce Bespoke franchisees bear the full responsibility for assessing the viability of their chosen location and business plan. They cannot rely on any promises or predictions from Pearce Bespoke regarding potential earnings or success. It is common practice in franchising for franchisors to avoid making guarantees about profitability, as market conditions and franchisee performance can vary widely.

Therefore, a potential Pearce Bespoke franchisee should conduct thorough market research, analyze potential customer demand, and carefully evaluate all costs and expenses before investing in a franchise. They should also seek advice from experienced business advisors and legal counsel to fully understand the risks and opportunities involved.
