Through control with private equity funds managed by Roark Capital Management, LLC, we are affiliated with the following franchise programs ("Affiliated Programs"). None of these affiliates operate a Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise.

According to the 2025 Nothing Bundt Cakes FDD, the Affiliated Programs are franchise programs that are affiliated through control with private equity funds managed by Roark Capital Management, LLC. Roark Capital Management LLC owns NBC Holdings, LLC, which is the ultimate parent company of Nothing Bundt Cakes.
The FDD lists several franchise programs as Affiliated Programs. These include GoTo Foods Inc. (parent company to Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister's, Moe's, and Schlotzsky's), Driven Holdings, LLC (parent company to Meineke, Maaco, Merlin, Econo Lube, 1-800-Radiator, CARSTAR, Take 5, ABRA and FUSA), Youth Enrichment Brands, LLC (parent company to i9 Sports, Streamline Brands, and School of Rock), and Doctor's Associates LLC (Subway).
The FDD states that none of the Affiliated Programs operate a Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise.
