Through control with private equity funds managed by Roark Capital Management, LLC, we are affiliated with the following franchise programs ("Affiliated Programs"). None of these affiliates operate a Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise.
GoTo Foods Inc. ("GoTo Foods") is the indirect parent company to seven franchisors, including: Auntie Anne's Franchisor SPV LLC ("Auntie Anne's"), Carvel Franchisor SPV LLC ("Carvel"), Cinnabon Franchisor SPV LLC ("Cinnabon"), Jamba Juice Franchisor SPV LLC ("Jamba"), McAlister's Franchisor SPV LLC ("McAlister's"), Moe's Franchisor SPV LLC ("Moe's"), and Schlotzsky's Franchisor SPV LLC ("Schlotzsky's"). All seven GoTo Foods franchisors have a principal place of business at 5620 Glenridge Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 and have not offered franchises in any other line of business.

According to the 2025 Nothing Bundt Cakes Franchise Disclosure Document, Nothing Bundt Cakes does not operate franchises under the Schlotzsky's brand. However, Nothing Bundt Cakes is affiliated with Schlotzsky's through common ownership by private equity funds managed by Roark Capital Management, LLC.
Specifically, Roark Capital Management, LLC, owns NBC Holdings, the ultimate parent company of Nothing Bundt Cakes. Roark Capital Management, LLC, also indirectly owns GoTo Foods Inc., which is the parent company of Schlotzsky's Franchisor SPV LLC, the franchisor of Schlotzsky's.
While Nothing Bundt Cakes and Schlotzsky's are affiliated through Roark Capital Management, LLC, they remain separate franchise systems. Nothing Bundt Cakes franchisees are not obligated to purchase products or services from Schlotzsky's, but they may choose to do so.
