Johnson Pkwy, Suite 600, Dallas, Texas 75244, owns and operates affiliateowned Bakeries. Bakery Holdco was formed in connection with the Securitization Transaction. Prior to the Securitization Transaction, affiliates of NBC owned and operated the affiliate-owned Bakeries identified in Item 20. Neither Bakery Holdco nor such affiliates have ever offered franchises in this or any other line of business.
