If Nothing Bundt Cakes outsources a service, must the vendor be approved or designated by Nothing Bundt Cakes?

According to the 2025 Nothing Bundt Cakes Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to use vendors designated by Nothing Bundt Cakes for specific services. Specifically, Nothing Bundt Cakes has the right to require franchisees, at their sole expense, to enter into separate agreements with Nothing Bundt Cakes' designated vendors for the Bakery's telephone equipment and service.

Additionally, Nothing Bundt Cakes retains the right to access a franchisee's telephone data directly through the franchisee or their vendor for any purpose Nothing Bundt Cakes deems relevant. If Nothing Bundt Cakes chooses to operate a centralized answering service for the System, franchisees will be required to participate in such service and take all actions necessary for such participation, including the forwarding of calls to the service.
