What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Nothing Bundt Cakes's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their employees must cooperate with the franchisor's representatives during inspections of the Bakery. This cooperation includes granting the representatives access to all areas of the Bakery.
This requirement means that a Nothing Bundt Cakes franchisee cannot refuse entry or access to any part of their Bakery during an inspection. Franchisees must ensure that they and their employees are prepared to assist and provide information as needed during these inspections.
The FDD states that cooperation is required whether or not the franchisee receives advance notice of the inspection. This implies that Nothing Bundt Cakes can conduct both announced and unannounced inspections to ensure compliance with their standards and procedures.
