What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Nothing Bundt Cakes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their employees are required to cooperate with the franchisor's representatives during inspections of the Bakery. This cooperation includes granting the representatives access to all areas of the Bakery.

This requirement means that a Nothing Bundt Cakes franchisee must ensure that they and their staff are prepared to assist and provide access to inspectors, whether or not they receive advance notice of the inspection. This could involve providing documentation, answering questions, and allowing access to all areas of the premises.

Non-compliance with inspections could potentially lead to penalties or other repercussions as outlined in the franchise agreement. Franchisees should be aware of this obligation and ensure they maintain a cooperative relationship with the franchisor to avoid any issues during inspections.
