Before your acquisition of a Site by purchase or lease, you must submit to us, in the form we specify, a completed site review and any other information or materials we may reasonably require, and a letter of intent or other evidence satisfactory to us which confirms your favorable prospects for obtaining a site within thirty (30) days after execution of this Site Selection Addendum.
