We currently are not a designated supplier of any goods or services. You must participate in the National Grocery Program.
Our affiliate, NBC Distribution, is presently the only designated supplier of certain ingredients and mixes for Products, certain furnishings, merchandise, smallwares and decorative design packages associated with operating a Bakery. Neither we nor our officers have an ownership interest in any approved or designated suppliers.
You must at all times maintain sufficient levels of inventory to adequately meet consumer demand. You must purchase all food and beverage items and other inventory, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, computer hardware and software, product display units, signs, uniforms, supplies, Bakery design and layout services, and materials from us or designated or approved suppliers. You must offer products and services in the manner we prescribe, provide quality customer service, and otherwise operate your Bakery in a manner which will enhance the image intended by us for the System.

According to Nothing Bundt Cakes's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Nothing Bundt Cakes is not currently a designated supplier of any goods or services. However, its affiliate, NBC Distribution, is the only designated supplier of certain ingredients and mixes for products, certain furnishings, merchandise, smallwares, and decorative design packages associated with operating a bakery.
As a franchisee, you must use only approved products and services in operating your bakery, including finished products and product ingredients, mixes, packaging and shipping materials, delivery boxes, small wares, computer hardware and software, furniture, fixtures, equipment, vehicles and vehicle wrappings, and related goods and services. Nothing Bundt Cakes will provide a list of the approved products and services when you sign a Franchise Agreement.
Nothing Bundt Cakes has the right to require you to purchase approved products and services directly from them, their affiliates, or their approved and designated suppliers to assure the supply or quality of the approved products and services and/or enable them to take advantage of marketplace efficiencies. You must purchase all food and beverage items and other inventory, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, computer hardware and software, product display units, signs, uniforms, supplies, bakery design and layout services, and materials from Nothing Bundt Cakes or designated or approved suppliers.
