What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Nothing Bundt Cakes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while attendance at the Annual Conference is mandatory, there is currently no registration fee. However, Nothing Bundt Cakes retains the right to implement a registration fee for future conferences.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that while there is no current fee, this could change. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses related to attending the Annual Conference, including transportation, lodging, meals, and salaries for themselves and their employees.

Nothing Bundt Cakes may use funds from the Marketing Production Fund to offset costs related to the Annual Conference, such as productions, programs, and materials. This could potentially reduce the burden on franchisees, but the primary responsibility for covering attendance costs remains with the franchisee.
