Opening Advertising Program
You must pay to us $10,000 when you execute a franchise agreement, and we will spend this amount on an opening advertising program for initial marketing, advertising and promotions in your Territory. Your grand opening must be held not later than 45 days after your Bakery opens. The minimum amount to be spent for your Opening Advertising Program will be $10,000, but you may be required to spend up to an additional $5,000 on such Opening Advertising Program. According to Nothing Bundt Cakes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Nothing Bundt Cakes does conduct an opening advertising program for its franchisees. The franchisee is required to pay Nothing Bundt Cakes $10,000 upon execution of the franchise agreement. Nothing Bundt Cakes will then use this amount for initial marketing, advertising, and promotions within the franchisee's territory. The grand opening must occur no later than 45 days after the bakery opens.
