We will require you to attend the Annual Conference and to pay our then-current registration fee.
Currently, there is no registration fee associated with the Annual Conference, but we reserve the right to charge one in the future.
All expenses, including your and your employees' transportation to and from the Annual Conference, and lodging, meals, and salaries during the Annual Conference, are your sole responsibility.
We may use contributions from the Marketing Production Fund for purposes related to the Annual Conference, including costs related to productions, programs, and materials. (Section 5.9 of the Franchise Agreement).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Nothing Bundt Cakes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the Annual Conference is mandatory. The franchisor will hold an Annual Conference, at their discretion, to update franchisees, allow franchisees to exchange information, and recognize achievements.
The franchisee is required to attend the Annual Conference and pay the then-current registration fee, if any. Currently, there is no registration fee, but Nothing Bundt Cakes reserves the right to charge one in the future.
