We anticipate that the initial cost for the POS System will be approximately $4,000. If we designate the supplier for the POS System, it will be included in the Manual or otherwise provided in writing. You must upgrade the computer system, and/or obtain service and support, as we require or as is necessary because of technological developments. There are no contractual limitations on the frequency and cost of this obligation. This includes taking all steps, including but not limited to those related to visibility and management of your Bakery's network, that are necessary to ensure that your Bakery is compliant with all Payment Card Industry D
