What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, the training program for new franchisees includes station training for the Silver Bowl and Saute stations during Week 1. The training schedule is conducted at a certified Noodles & Company training restaurant.
During Week 2, the training focuses on the Noodle/Grill/Oven stations. Week 3 involves training at the Front of House (FOH) and Expo stations. Weeks 5 and 6 cover Manager Training, and Opening and Closing procedures, respectively. At the end of week 6, a Demo Day will be conducted on each Manager in Training (MIT) to validate what they have learned throughout their training.
The training schedule is determined at mutually convenient times each quarter to meet the needs of FAOs who require training. The hours of on the job training are estimates. The time to complete the training for each module will vary based on each person's ability to assimilate the training material and achieve excellence. Instructional materials for the training programs, the subjects covered in training and approximate hours of classroom and on-the-job training are described in the Operations Manual.
