What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, the condition and appearance of the restaurant are addressed through specific requirements related to equipment, furniture, fixtures, and signs. Noodles & Company requires franchisees to purchase or lease these items from designated or approved suppliers.

The FDD specifies that franchisees must only acquire types, brands, and models of fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, and supplies that meet Noodles & Company's standards. These standards encompass quality, design, warranties, appearance, function, and performance. This ensures uniformity and adherence to the brand's image across all franchise locations.

Noodles & Company retains the right to modify the list of approved items and suppliers. Franchisees are obligated to comply with these modifications and discontinue reordering from suppliers that are no longer approved. If a franchisee wishes to use a new type, brand, or model of any item, they must first obtain approval from Noodles & Company, ensuring that all elements within the restaurant align with the brand's established standards.
