After termination of the Noodles & Company agreement, what must the Area Operator immediately cease using?

This includes removing all Noodles & Company identifying materials and distinctive cosmetic features. These post-termination obligations are designed to ensure a clean break between the franchisor and franchisee, protecting the integrity of the Noodles & Company brand and system.
