Subject to Franchisee's compliance with this Agreement and the Area Development Agreement, Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to Franchisee the services described in Schedule A (the "Services"). Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that Company uses third party contractors in performance of the Services and agrees to cooperate with all Company personnel, including such third party contractors, in their performance of Services for Franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, Noodles & Company will provide services described in Schedule A of the IT Support Services Agreement to the franchisee, contingent upon the franchisee's compliance with the agreement and the Area Development Agreement. Noodles & Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide these services. These services pertain to restaurant technology support for the franchisee's internal business operations. The franchisee must also handle the procurement and costs associated with any leased equipment and its renewals.
Noodles & Company aims to maintain consistent technology implementation across all restaurants and will not provide services for modifications that do not meet company requirements. The franchisee is expected to provide knowledgeable and trained users with full system access to assist in problem-solving and maintain an active communications link for online support. These stipulations ensure that franchisees understand their responsibilities in maintaining the technology infrastructure necessary for Noodles & Company's IT support services.
