Company Operations Manual. The scheduling, content and duration of our training programs are at our discretion and we reserve the right to modify such training, including the materials, equipment and support used.
Your personnel must complete our approved training program for the positions in which they will be employed, as set forth in our Operations Manual and as amended or modified from time to time.
- Franchise Fee. Section 6.01 of the Renewal Franchise Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
You agree to pay us a nonrefundable franchise renewal fee of $17,500 ("Franchise Renewal Fee"). The Franchise Renewal Fee is payable upon execution of this Agreement. The Franchise Renewal Fee is non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Noodles & Company requires that all personnel complete their approved training program for their specific positions. This training is detailed in the Operations Manual and may be amended or modified over time.
Prior to opening a Noodles & Company restaurant, the franchisee (or their Operating Partner), general managers, and any other personnel with operational responsibilities must complete the appropriate training program to Noodles & Company's satisfaction. Subsequently hired personnel must also complete the approved training program before assuming their positions, as outlined in the current Operations Manual.
The Operations Manual contains more details about Noodles & Company's training programs. The scheduling, content, and duration of these programs are at Noodles & Company's discretion, and they reserve the right to modify the training, including the materials, equipment, and support used. Franchisees are responsible for all compensation and expenses, including travel, meals, lodging, and salaries, incurred by themselves and their personnel while attending any training programs.
