What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Noodles & Company's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Noodles & Company retains the right to modify its training programs. The FDD states that the scheduling, content, and duration of training programs are at Noodles & Company's discretion, and they reserve the right to modify such training, including the materials, equipment, and support used.
This means that as a franchisee, you must ensure that you and your personnel complete the training program that Noodles & Company approves for the positions in which they will be employed, as set forth in the Operations Manual and as amended or modified from time to time. This includes any changes to the training content, schedule, or duration that Noodles & Company implements.
The fact that Noodles & Company can modify its training programs gives it the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, new products or services, or updated operational procedures. However, it also means that franchisees must be prepared to invest additional time and resources in training as required by Noodles & Company. Franchisees are responsible for all compensation and expenses, including travel, meals, and lodging, incurred by them and their personnel in attending any training programs.
