What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, Noodles & Company will review the status of construction that the franchisee provides. Noodles & Company also has the option to visit the construction site. Additionally, Noodles & Company will provide guidance to franchisees in developing their Noodles & Company restaurants as they determine necessary.

This means that while Noodles & Company does not guarantee construction site visits, they may occur at the discretion of Noodles & Company. It is important for prospective franchisees to maintain open communication with Noodles & Company regarding construction progress and to provide regular updates as requested.

Noodles & Company also provides franchisees with layout requirements for their restaurants. Except for existing area operators of Noodles & Company restaurants who have already opened restaurants, Noodles & Company will provide the space plans and signage layouts for the first three restaurants. For additional restaurants, franchisees must have their plans approved by Noodles & Company. Noodles & Company will also provide construction orientation for the franchisee's first restaurant and will specify the equipment, furniture, fixtures, and signs, as well as provide a list of approved suppliers.
