What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, if an Operating Partner is replaced, the replacement must successfully complete the appropriate certified training program before assuming the position. This training ensures that the new Operating Partner is adequately prepared to manage the Noodles & Company restaurant according to the brand's standards.
Noodles & Company requires that if you (or your Operating Partner) or any of your general managers have not completed the appropriate certified training programs as set forth in their then current Operations Manual, then prior to opening your Noodles & Company Restaurant, you and your Operating Partner and all such general managers must attend and successfully complete the appropriate Owner, Operating Partner and general manager certified training programs.
The franchisee is responsible for all compensation and expenses, including travel, meals, lodging, and fully-burdened salaries and expenses, incurred by the Operating Partner and other personnel while attending the training programs. Furthermore, Noodles & Company mandates the immediate replacement of any individual who fails to successfully complete the required training program. This ensures that all personnel meet the brand's standards for operation and management.
The scheduling, content, and duration of the training programs are at Noodles & Company's discretion, and they reserve the right to modify the training, including the materials, equipment, and support used. This allows Noodles & Company to adapt the training to meet current needs and standards, ensuring that franchisees and their staff are always up-to-date with the latest operational practices.
