What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Noodles & Company's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Noodles & Company has the option to provide accounting services for marketing cooperatives. If Noodles & Company chooses to provide these services, they will be charged at market rates. Alternatively, Noodles & Company can select a third-party accounting firm to provide these services.

Regardless of whether Noodles & Company or a third-party firm provides the accounting services, the cooperative is responsible for paying the costs. These costs will be invoiced to the cooperative, which must then remit payment.

This arrangement allows Noodles & Company flexibility in how accounting services are provided to cooperatives, while ensuring that the cooperatives bear the financial responsibility for these services. A prospective franchisee should inquire about the typical costs of these accounting services to better understand the financial obligations of participating in a cooperative.
