What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to serve the entire approved Noodles & Company menu. The FDD states that franchisees are prohibited from selling any products that are not on the approved menu and must serve the entire approved menu.
However, there is an exception to this rule. A Noodles & Company franchisee can serve an alternative menu if Noodles & Company provides written approval for the specific premises.
Failure to comply with the standard menu requirement, without written approval for an alternative, constitutes a material breach and default of the Franchise Agreement. This means that serving unauthorized items or failing to offer approved menu items could lead to serious consequences, including potential termination of the franchise agreement.
