What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the Restaurant Technology Support (RTS) Plan, Noodles & Company provides a Restaurant Microsoft365 Email Account to franchisees.
This means that franchisees will be transitioned to and supported within the Microsoft365 environment for their restaurant email needs. This is part of a broader technology support plan that costs $1,000 per restaurant per month.
The RTS plan covers support for various technologies, including internet/phones, the Aloha point-of-sale system, online ordering and Noodles Rewards, data security and PCI compliance, Arista wireless for guest WiFi, and restaurant iPad management, in addition to the Microsoft365 email account.
