Answer from 2025 FDD Document

In connection with any catering program approved, implemented or maintained by us, you shall have the right to cater to businesses or other locations within the Protected Area if you follow all procedures and menu requirements, purchase all supplies, products and ingredients through Approved Suppliers and Designated Suppliers, and otherwise follow the Operations Manual as to catering. You may engage with thirdparty food ordering and delivery systems, and ring up and account for ordering, delivery and catering charges not included in the price of products, only in the manner we permit.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee has the right to cater to businesses or other locations within their protected area under specific conditions. First, the franchisee must follow all procedures and menu requirements as outlined by Noodles & Company. Second, they are obligated to purchase all necessary supplies, products, and ingredients exclusively from Approved Suppliers and Designated Suppliers. Finally, the franchisee must adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Operations Manual regarding catering operations.

Additionally, the franchisee is permitted to engage with third-party food ordering and delivery systems, but only in a manner that Noodles & Company explicitly allows. This includes how the franchisee accounts for ordering, delivery, and catering charges that are not already included in the price of the products.
