the Area Development Agreement was timely and fully paid. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Noodles & Company Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard Franchise Fee is $35,000. Besides the Development Fee credit, the Franchise Fee may also be affected if a franchisee purchases an existing company-operated restaurant, operates in a Non-Traditional Venue, or enters a joint venture.
If a franchisee purchases an existing company-operated Noodles & Company restaurant, the purchase price will vary depending on factors such as the assets being acquired, their location, book value, and fair market value. The purchase price is separately negotiated for each restaurant.
It is important to note that except for the Development Fee credits and the situations mentioned above, the $35,000 Franchise Fee is uniform for all Area Operators currently purchasing a Noodles & Company franchise. No portion of the Franchise Fee is refundable under any circumstances.
