Furniture and Fixtures Your Center must be equipped with branded and unbranded furniture and fixtures that we designate and that meet our standards and specifications.
You may purchase unbranded furniture and fixtures from any supplier of your choosing, provided that the furniture and fixtures meet our specifications and standards, which may also include specified manufacturers, brands and models.
If the furniture and fixtures that we designate are specified to be branded with the Licensed Marks, then you may only purchase them from our designated exclusive suppliers.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mrcool's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, your Mrcool Center must have both branded and unbranded furniture and fixtures that meet Mrcool's standards and specifications. You can purchase unbranded furniture and fixtures from any supplier, as long as they meet Mrcool's standards and specifications, which may include specified manufacturers, brands, and models. However, if Mrcool designates that certain furniture and fixtures must be branded with the Licensed Marks, you must purchase them from Mrcool's designated exclusive suppliers.
Mrcool maintains the right to specify the suppliers and standards for goods and services. To ensure the quality and consistency of the Mrcool system, you must operate your center in strict accordance with the Franchise Agreement and the methods, standards, specifications, and sources of supply that Mrcool designates in its manuals. These manuals contain a list of approved and designated suppliers, and Mrcool will notify you of any changes to these specifications or lists through written or electronic correspondence, manual updates, or other forms of communication.
If you wish to use a supplier for source-restricted items that Mrcool has not previously approved, you must submit a written request for approval, along with any additional information, samples, and testing data that Mrcool may require. Mrcool may charge a fee to cover the costs of reviewing and evaluating the alternate supplier. They may also inspect the supplier's facilities. Mrcool will notify you of their decision within 60 days after receiving your request and all necessary information. Approval is at Mrcool's sole discretion, and they consider factors such as the supplier's ability to meet Mrcool's standards, quality control, and whether the approval will advance the overall interests of the Mrcool system.
