Mrcool Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

After the opening of your Center we reserve the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned Center in Hickory, Kentucky and you will be responsible for all travel and expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Mrcool's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Mrcool reserves the right to require franchisees (or their Managing Owner if the franchisee is a Corporate Entity) to attend a System-Wide Training Program after the opening of their center. However, Mrcool is not obligated to establish this program; it is at their discretion.

If Mrcool establishes a System-Wide Training Program, it will be offered from their affiliate-owned center in Hickory, Kentucky. Franchisees will be responsible for all travel and related expenses, including lodging, food, automobile rental, and employee wages, incurred while attending the training.

Mrcool will not require a franchisee to attend the System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year. This allows Mrcool to provide additional training and updates to franchisees as needed, while limiting the time and expense commitment for the franchisee.
