determine the Approved Services and Products and we, in our Reasonable BusinessJudgment, may change, modify, reduce or supplement the Approved Services and Products that must be offered and sold by the Franchised Business and those products and services that may not be sold by the Franchised Business. The Operations Manual, subject to changes that we may make from time to time and our right to change and modify the Approved Services and Products, shall designate the Approved Services and Products that must be offered and sold by the Franchised Business. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mrcool's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use a specific business management system. This system includes software, internet, web-based, and/or cloud-based systems designated by Mrcool for the day-to-day sales, ordering, operations, and management of the franchised business. This also incorporates a customer relationship management system.
The Business Management System also encompasses the data, forms, tools, customer information, and inventory and sales information that is pre-populated or entered into the system. This data is either entered by Mrcool or the franchisee and is recorded, stored, and maintained by the Business Management System to manage the operations of the franchised business.
Upon termination of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must cease using the Business Management System and return all confidential information, including the Business Management System Data, to Mrcool. This ensures that the proprietary information and systems remain exclusive to Mrcool and its active franchisees.
