If Mrcool establishes a System-Wide Training Program, where will the program be offered?

After the opening of your Center we reserve the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned Center in Hickory, Kentucky and you will be responsible for all travel and expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mrcool's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Mrcool establishes a System-Wide Training Program, it will be offered from Mrcool's affiliate-owned center in Hickory, Kentucky. This training is not guaranteed, as Mrcool reserves the right to establish such a program at its discretion.
If a System-Wide Training Program is established, the franchisee (or their Managing Owner if the franchisee is a corporation) may be required to attend. The franchisee will be responsible for all associated costs, including travel, lodging, food, automobile rental, and employee wages incurred during attendance.
Mrcool will not require attendance at the System-Wide Training Program for more than five days in any calendar year. This type of ongoing training is fairly common in franchising, as it allows the franchisor to ensure consistent brand standards and introduce new products, services, or operational procedures across the franchise system.
