Franchisee's Center Facility must be located at a Center Location that has been approved by Franchisor.
- "Franchisee's Center Location" shall have the meaning defined and set forth in Article 2.A. of this Agreement.
Franchisee's Center Location must be designated in accordance with Schedule 1 of this Agreement and must be approved by Franchisor, in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mrcool's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Franchisee's Center Location' is defined and set forth in Article 2.A. of the franchise agreement. The franchisee must operate their Mrcool Center from a single, fixed location that the franchisee selects, but which requires Mrcool's approval.
If Mrcool approves a proposed center location by the effective date of the agreement, that location will be identified in Schedule 1 of the agreement, which must be completed and signed by Mrcool to be effective. The franchisee's execution of Schedule 1 with a specific location obligates them to operate the franchised business at that location.
If a location has not been selected or approved by the effective date, the franchisee must identify and secure a location, and obtain Mrcool's approval. This approval must be in writing and evidenced by Mrcool's execution of Schedule 1 with the specific location designated. At the time of approving the location, Mrcool will also designate the franchisee's designated territory.
