According to the 2025 Mrcool Franchise Disclosure Document, the continuing monthly technology fee is an administrative fee and is not associated with any particular service. Mrcool uses this fee, at its discretion, to defray costs related to the system website and intranet.

Currently, Mrcool does not charge a monthly technology fee. However, Mrcool reserves the right to implement one in the future.

If implemented, the monthly technology fee will not exceed $3,000 per month.
