WHEREAS, The MRCOOL Franchise System relates to and includes a warehouse distribution center that distributes "MRCOOL" branded heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ("HVAC") products, provides HVAC installation services, HVAC equipment servicing, and other products and services that the Franchisor authorizes under the "MRCOOL" name and marks (the "Intended Use");

What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 FDD, Mrcool's franchise system includes a warehouse distribution center. This center is responsible for distributing "MRCOOL" branded heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products.
In addition to product distribution, Mrcool franchisees also provide HVAC installation services and HVAC equipment servicing. They may also offer other products and services authorized by Mrcool under its name and marks.
Prospective franchisees should note that Mrcool maintains a confidential Operations Manual that contains critical information about the System. This manual includes details on approved services and products, system supplies, and designated procedures and systems. The manual may be modified or supplemented by Mrcool at its discretion.
