"Center Location(s)" refers to and means the fixed locations from which MRCOOL Centers are established, operated and managed.
"Franchisee's Center Facility" refers to and means the Center Facility from which Franchisee develops, operates and manages the Franchised Business.
Franchisee's Center Facility must be located at a Center Location that has been approved by Franchisor.

According to Mrcool's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a 'Center Location' refers to the fixed physical site from which a Mrcool Center is established, operated, and managed. The franchisee must get approval from Mrcool for their chosen location.
The franchisee is granted the right and obligation to operate one Mrcool Center from a single, fixed location. This location must be selected by the franchisee but requires Mrcool's approval. The approved location is referred to as the 'Franchisee's Center Location'. If a location is selected and approved before the franchise agreement's effective date, it will be specified in Schedule 1 of the agreement. The franchisee is obligated to operate the franchised business at this designated location once Schedule 1 is executed with the location details.
If a location hasn't been selected or approved by the effective date, the franchisee must find and secure a location that meets Mrcool's standards. Approval of the location must be in writing and evidenced by Mrcool's execution of Schedule 1. Mrcool also has the discretion to determine the franchisee's designated territory at the time of approving the location. If a franchisee wishes to relocate their Mrcool Center, they must obtain prior written consent from Mrcool, which Mrcool may refuse. Mrcool may impose requirements for relocation, such as ensuring the new location meets current standards and is within the designated territory, and not in close proximity to other Mrcool Centers.
