Note 6: Business Management System – You must maintain and utilize the business management systems that we designate from time to time. The business management system fee is the current monthly license fee to access the business management systems that we designate. The business management system fee does not include other fees associated with business management systems such as credit card processing fees and other integrations such as online ordering.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Mrcool's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the business management system fee does not include credit card processing fees. The business management system fee is a monthly license fee to access the business management systems that Mrcool designates.
As a franchisee, you will be responsible for covering the costs of credit card processing and any other integrations, such as online ordering, separately from the business management system fee. This means that in addition to the monthly license fee, you need to budget for these additional expenses to effectively manage your Mrcool business.
It is important to note that Mrcool requires franchisees to use pre-authorized payment, business management, and credit card processing systems that they designate. Franchisees are also responsible for paying all service charges and fees charged by their bank to allow Mrcool to electronically debit their account.
