You must use the Proprietary Marks in conjunction with the symbols "SM," "™" or "®,"as applicable, in order to indicate that the Proprietary Marks are protected under federal law. You agree to use the Proprietary Marks solely in the manner prescribed by us and you may not use any of the Proprietary Marks in connection with the offer or sale of any unauthorized products or in any other manner which we have not explicitly authorized in writing.
