The training covers instruction in the company's policies and procedures and may be conducted in the field or virtually. The franchisee, Designated Manager, and Technical Manager can attend the initial training program without tuition, with a maximum of three trainees.

However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses incurred during training, including lodging, travel, transportation, and meals for themselves, the Designated Manager, and the Technical Manager. This includes any additional trainees beyond the initial three. The training is provided under the supervision of certified system specialists, a certified local franchisee, Daniel J.
