According to the 2025 Mr. Sandless Franchise Disclosure Document, Attachment 4 is a Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement that Mr. Sandless requires trained employees, shareholders, officers, directors, general partners, members, and managers of the franchisee to sign.
