Pre-Opening Purchases
Before your Mr. Sandless Business opens, you must purchase from us our Franchise Starter Kit. The Franchise Starter Kit includes: One of our specialized floor machines, all the hard equipment you will use in the system, enough liquids to cover your opening month including 70 gallons of solutions for real wood to concrete and everything in between, six Mr. Sandless uniform shirts in your choice of large, extra-large or double X, two vehicle magnets, one hundred sales cards, one hundred business cards, one hundred aftercare packs, one hundred door knob hangers, two road signs, and includes shipping of the Franchise Starter Kit to your door. The total cost of the Kit including shipping is $10,000. Payment for this purchase is not refundable.
There are no other payments to or purchases from us or any affiliate that you must make before your Business opens.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Mr. Sandless Franchise Disclosure Document, as a new franchisee, you are required to purchase the Franchise Starter Kit from Mr. Sandless Franchise LLC. Mr. Sandless is currently the only approved supplier for the Franchise Starter Kit.
The Franchise Starter Kit is a mandatory pre-opening purchase. It includes essential items needed to start the business, such as a specialized floor machine, equipment, an opening month's supply of cleaning solutions (70 gallons), six uniform shirts, vehicle magnets, sales and business cards, aftercare packs, door knob hangers, and road signs. The total cost of the kit, including shipping, is $10,000, and this payment is non-refundable.
Mr. Sandless retains the right to establish designated and approved suppliers for products and services. While Mr. Sandless may be an approved supplier for other items like equipment, tools, inventory, job tins, and uniforms, franchisees are not always required to purchase these specifically from them. However, for the Franchise Starter Kit, Mr. Sandless is the sole approved supplier. All supplies ordered through Mr. Sandless are subject to a 10% administrative fee over their cost.
