What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Mr. Sandless Franchise Disclosure Document, maintaining high standards of quality and service is crucial for the uniformity of all Mr. Sandless Businesses. The Franchise Agreement you sign acknowledges that the terms and conditions within it are necessary to uphold these standards across all locations.
Mr. Sandless emphasizes that your success as a franchisee depends on your efforts, business judgment, and the performance of your employees, as well as market conditions and other factors beyond their control. While Mr. Sandless may offer advice, recommendations, programs, policies, and procedures, they do not guarantee your financial success.
To ensure brand consistency, Mr. Sandless requires franchisees to adhere to a schedule of authorized and approved products and services. These include Mr. Sandless® Sandless Floor Refinishing, Mr. Sandless® Orbital Sanding and Dustless Refinishing, Mr. Sandless® Tile Refinishing and Maintenance, and Mr. Sandless® Outdoor Refinishing and Maintenance, among others. Approved products include specific cleaners and mops identified by product numbers. Franchisees are expected to implement changes in services, equipment, or business systems to reflect the current image of Mr. Sandless Businesses, especially when renewing the franchise agreement.
