We have no parent or predecessors.
We had operated, through our affiliate, outlets similar to the franchise offered by this Disclosure Document from June 2004 through 2023 when we sold them to our franchisees. We may operate Mr. Sandless concepts, including additional Mr. Sandless outlets, or other concepts in the future.
