Where does the Mr. Sandless Orientation and Model Setup training take place?

According to the 2025 Mr. Sandless Franchise Disclosure Document, the Orientation and Model Setup training takes place in Aston, PA. The training involves 0.5 hours of classroom training and no on-the-job training. Other training programs, such as Basic Service Start to Finish, Review Service Call, Hands on Floor Service, Job Opening, Floor Prep, Machine Use, Study Finish Application, Equipment Cleanup, Questions, Complete Service from start to finish, Finish Techniques, Job Closings, Questions, Complete Service From start to finish, Phone Call Training, Phone Call Answering, and Questions, may take place in Aston, PA or at a local site.

Mr. Sandless also provides initial training that consists of approximately 2-5 days of training at their headquarters in Aston, Pennsylvania, or with a franchisee of their choosing. The training will be conducted in the field, virtually, or any other place as they may designate, and includes instruction in their policies and procedures.

Mr. Sandless holds training sessions whenever they have a new franchisee ready to be trained; they do not have a set training schedule. Franchisees must satisfactorily complete the training program, including a brief phone sales class and short color test, before opening the Business. The Designated Manager and Technical Manager must also successfully complete the training program before assuming managerial responsibility. Mr. Sandless does not charge tuition for up to three trainees to attend the initial training program, but the franchisee must pay for all expenses incurred during training, including lodging, travel, transportation, and meals.
