The Mr. Sandless system is characterized by proprietary operating procedures, products, trade dress, and standards for products and services, which may be amended at the franchisor's discretion. The franchise agreement grants the franchisee the right to establish and operate one franchised business, but it does not grant the right to establish additional franchised businesses.
The Mr. Sandless franchisee must operate the business within a designated territory, which is defined by contiguous zip codes or a map attached to the agreement.
